RETURNS
- Items sold include a 30-day Return to Base Warranty, or otherwise specified, after which it will be at the seller's discretion.
- Any items returned within 30 days will be assessed and repaired by our technician. We will either return your item fully repaired or contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
- The item should be returned in its original condition as supplied.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Change of mind is subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Items used and returned within 30 days without a valid reason will be charged at the seller's discretion.
- Please note that all serial numbers are recorded, and all items are thoroughly checked and security marked. Therefore, any evidence of tampering will void the warranty.
- Our warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as batteries. Please also be aware that accidental damage is not covered.
- Non-faulty items returned under the Distance Selling Regulations within 14 days are eligible for a refund, minus the original postage costs.
