Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping Policy
    1. Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only and although the Seller will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products in accordance with the times specified.
    2. The risk in the Products passes to the Buyer on delivery of the Products to the Buyer by the Seller (or its nominated carrier) but where the Buyer nominates a carrier other than the Seller to deliver the Products, the risk shall pass to the Buyer when the Products leave the Seller’s premises.
    3. Where the Buyer notifies the Seller that it is unable to take delivery of the Products in accordance with the time stated in the Order acceptance or within seven days of the Seller giving notice that the Products are ready for despatch, the Seller shall endeavour to store the Products and the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller without delay for all costs and storage charges incurred by the Seller until the time of delivery.
    4. Fails to accept any delivery when due or, in the case of call-offs, fails to accept outstanding deliveries within one month of the date of the Order acceptance, or defaults in making any payment when due, then the Seller may cancel any or all subsequent deliveries and the Buyer shall compensate the Seller in full for any loss or expense arising from such cancellation on and notwithstanding the Seller’s duty to mitigate its loss shall compensate the Seller in full for the loss of the Price in respect of the goods ordered but not delivered.
    5. The Buyer shall examine the Products on arrival and notify the Seller by facsimile transmission or by registered post within 3 working days of delivery of any damage or short delivery of the Products specified in the Order. If such notification is not received by the Seller, the delivery shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer.
  • Returns
    1. Items sold include a 30-day Return to Base Warranty or otherwise specified, after which it will be subject to discretion of the seller.
    2. Any items returned with in 30-days will be assessed and repaired by our technician. We will either have your item returned to you fully repaired or contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
    3. Item should returned in its original state as supplied.
    4. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Change of mind subject to restocking fee of 15%. Item used and returned with in 30-days without any valid reason will charged as the discretion of the seller.
    5. Please note, all serial numbers are recorded and all items are legally checked and security marked, therefore, any evidence of tampering will void the warranty.
    6. Our warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as batteries. Please also be aware that accidental damage is not covered.
    7. Non-Faulty items returned under distance selling regulations within 14 days are eligible for a refund minus original postage costs.
  • VAT
    • We operate under VAT Margin schemes.
      VAT Margin Scheme – All items sold under the Margin Scheme will not have a VAT component on the invoice, therefore no VAT can be reclaimed.
