WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Please note delivery times increase around holidays. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer, depending on the country they are shipping from. Orders shipped from within the United States take between 5 and 10 days to be delivered.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED?

So if for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis)

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID?

When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website.
