RETURNS
- Items sold include a 30-day Return to Base Warranty or otherwise specified, after which it will be subject to discretion of the seller.
- Any items returned with in 30-days will be assessed and repaired by our technician. We will either have your item returned to you fully repaired or contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
- Item should returned in its original state as supplied.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Change of mind subject to restocking fee of 15%. Item used and returned with in 30-days without any valid reason will charged as the discretion of the seller.
- Please note, all serial numbers are recorded and all items are legally checked and security marked, therefore, any evidence of tampering will void the warranty.
- Our warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as batteries. Please also be aware that accidental damage is not covered.
