RETURNS

Items sold include a 30-day Return to Base Warranty, or otherwise specified, after which it will be at the seller's discretion.
Any items returned within 30 days will be assessed and repaired by our technician. We will either return your item fully repaired or contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
The item should be returned in its original condition as supplied.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Change of mind is subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Items used and returned within 30 days without a valid reason will be charged at the seller's discretion.
Please note that all serial numbers are recorded, and all items are thoroughly checked and security marked. Therefore, any evidence of tampering will void the warranty.
Our warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as batteries. Please also be aware that accidental damage is not covered.
Non-faulty items returned under the Distance Selling Regulations within 14 days are eligible for a refund, minus the original postage costs.
